Hands-on finance manager met 35 jaar ervaring. Sinds 2011 werk ik als zelfstandig interim-manager via Gramax Consulting, voor Amerikaanse multinationals en Belgische kmo's. Ik leid finance-teams, ter plaatse en op afstand, door afsluitingen, reorganisaties, overgangen naar shared service centers en ERP-implementaties.

Ik steek zelf de handen uit de mouwen. Als de deadlines krap zijn of het team onder druk staat, spring ik mee in: van reconciliaties en afsluitboekingen tot rapportering. Zo raakt het werk af en voelt het team zich gesteund.
Ik laat nettere processen, degelijke controles en een team achter dat zelfstandig verder kan. Ik ben sterk in rapportering volgens BE, US en Dutch GAAP, in SOX en interne controle, en in het bouwen van Excel- en BI-tools die financiële analyses versnellen.
