Hands-on finance manager with 35 years of experience, working as an independent interim manager since 2011 for US multinationals and Belgian SMEs.
I lead finance teams, locally and remotely, through closings, reorganisations, shared-service transitions and ERP implementations. Skilled in empowering and motivating teams during challenging transitions, I leave behind cleaner processes, solid controls and a team that can carry on. Strong in BE / US / Dutch GAAP reporting, SOX and internal controls, and in building Excel and BI tools that speed up financial analysis.
