Who is responsible?

What data and why?

When you use the contact form or email me, I process your name, company, email address, phone number and message. I use this data only to answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a collaboration. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to your request, or taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

How long?

I keep your data no longer than needed to handle your request, and for a maximum of two years, unless a collaboration follows. In that case the statutory retention periods apply.

Who is it shared with?

Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties. The website is hosted by Combell (Belgium), which processes data only technically, on my behalf.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts are hosted on the site's own server, so no data is sent to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its processing. Simply email kris.geukens@gramaxconsulting.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
